Project partners DOOR and RRAS, in accordance with the planned activities, have just developed the Guides for the “Establishment of the Energy Community of Citizens” (HRV) and “Electricity from a solar plant for Communities of Renewable Energy Sources” (SRB).
The guides were created as a result of analyzes of available legislation and strategies at the national, regional and local level, and then recommendations in accordance with EU directives.
They are made in national languages in order to best serve the local communities in Croatia and Serbia.
