On Wednesday, December 27, 2023, a thematic workshop was held in the premises of the Innovative Startup Center in Stara Pazova (Serbia), organized by RRAS as part of the LOGYCO project. During the joint work, the participants had the opportunity to be informed, first of all, about the legal regulations for the establishment, operational work and benefits for the members of the Association of Renewable Energy Sources (ZOIE), which were presented by Bora Obradović, project manager from RRAS. In the second part of the workshop, a case study of the formation of a solar power plant based on the buyer-producer model and a comparison with the ZOIE model was presented.
During the thematic workshops, 32 participants, including citizens, entrepreneurs, representatives of associations and local authorities, took part in fruitful discussions and exchanged experiences. The workshop represents a useful step towards strengthening the awareness and participation of citizens in realizing energy democracy in Serbia.
